CHRISTMAS STILLNESS
A candlelit evening of vinyasa yoga, deep rest & meditation
Amidst the busyness of the Christmas season, an invitation to slow down, reconnect and find a moment of stillness within.
Step away from the endless doing and return to the quiet simplicity of being.
Two hours to move, breathe and soften.
Winter is nature's great invitation to turn inwards. A season of deep yin energy, when the natural world grows quiet, retreats into stillness and conserves its energy. We too are invited to slow down, seek warmth, nourish ourselves and simply be.
And yet, somehow, our modern experience of Christmas asks almost the opposite of us. More socialising, more activity, more giving, more doing. At the very moment nature invites us to rest, we find ourselves swept up in the busyness of it all.
Join me for a beautiful candlelit practice, beginning with embodied, mindful vinyasa. Expect fluid movement, opportunities for playful exploration and a slower, more intentional rhythm that allows you to truly connect with your body and breath during the cold winter season.
We'll gradually soften into deeper stretches, restorative postures and profound rest and relaxation.
A precious space for introspection, nourishment and reconnection with yourself, just as the Christmas celebrations begin.
This is not another thing to do this Christmas, it’s a space to simply be.
