Mandala yoga
A playful, embodied practice moving 360 degrees around the mat.
Mandala Vinyasa is yoga in its most alive, creative form.
Instead of moving in straight lines, we move in circles, spiralling around the mat, and each class is inspired by one of the elements.
Earth, Water, Fire, and Air.
Inviting you to embody their unique qualities. We will flow like water, root like earth, ignite like fire, or expand like air.
It feels fluid, playful, and surprisingly freeing. The practice becomes less about perfect shapes, and more about sensation, rhythm, and discovery.
The sequences are designed to target specific areas of the body corresponding to the element and related chakra.
The experience is quiet to begin, builds into an immersive and energising practice, and then softens into stillness. It is deeply regulating.
We begin each 75 minute class with a few yin postures, before moving into the mandalas, and we end with yin postures and savasana.
We will begin with a 4 class series to cover each element. You can book all 4, or come as and when you can.
