Yin Yoga Evening

A Deep Journey into Rest and Internal Nourishment

Join us for a two-hour immersive yin yoga experience designed to gently soothe your nervous system, nourish your internal organs, and invite your whole being into a state of profound rest.

Through long-held, supported postures, we will soften muscular tension, hydrate the connective tissues, and create space within the body for energy to flow more freely.

Rooted in the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, this evening will include a gentle introduction to the meridian pathways and organ systems, helping you understand how yin practice supports your body’s natural rhythms, emotional balance, and internal vitality.

As we move slowly and intentionally, you will be guided to turn inward—regulating the nervous system, calming the mind, and reconnecting with the quiet intelligence of your body.

This is an invitation to pause, replenish, and be held in a space of deep restoration. You will leave feeling grounded, nourished from within, and gently renewed.
