Yin Yoga Evening

A Deep Journey into Rest and Internal Nourishment

Join me on 21st May for the next evening of yin.

In late May we are moving from the energy of spring into the beginning of summer. In Chinese medicine, this is a transition from the Liver and Gallbladder, which govern movement and flow, into the Heart, which is associated with connection, openness, and joy.

The evening is about gently supporting that transition, allowing any stagnation to clear, while also creating space for the body to open, soften, and receive.

This is a two-hour immersive yin yoga experience designed to gently soothe your nervous system, nourish your internal organs, and invite your whole being into a state of profound rest.

As we move slowly and intentionally, you will be guided to turn inward - regulating the nervous system, calming the mind, and reconnecting with the quiet intelligence of your body.

This is an invitation to pause, replenish, and be held in a space of deep restoration. You will leave feeling grounded, nourished from within, and gently renewed.
